When designing our house plans, a default foundation is set for a given plan. If possible, we include options to change the foundation type to better match your construction needs. For instance, if the default foundation is an unfinished basement, you'll have the option to change the foundation type to a walkout foundation, crawlspace, or slab foundation. This design features the master suite, two bedrooms and full bath on second floor. The main floor shocases an open design kitchen, dining and living room. The back mudroom has walk in closet, cubbies and laundry room. One of our larger two-story floor plans, the Walter features 2,532 square-feet including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. On the upper floor, you’ll find a balcony overlooking the foyer, plus three large bedrooms.
